Rare antique French "Poudre Printaflore," labels in sets of 10. These French labels were on face powder boxes. They are from the famous luxury French department store Au Printemps, founded in 1865 on Boulevard Haussmann in Paris. The labels are from a "Naturelle" (natural) shade of face powder. These are likely individual sample packets or travel-sized doses, which were common at the time. The Art Nouveau-influenced floral borders and typography suggest they date from the late 1910s to the 1930s. The labels in each bundle are the same and unused. These are NOT reproductions. They are originals from France. Perfect for decoupage, altered art, mixed media, and so much more. These labels are no longer in circulation. When they are gone, they are gone.
Approximate measurements are 4.75" x 3.5", with some variation. Please note this is not a reproduction. This is a vintage item, so there will be wear commensurate with age.
Each set ships in a cello sleeve.
