About Us

Foxtrot Home was born out of a shared passion between Kristin and Chris—a love for history, craftsmanship, and the stories that objects carry with them. It all began when we created our first home together, curating a space that was not just beautiful, but deeply meaningful. Every piece we chose had a story, a soul, and a connection to the past that resonated with us.

Our journey started with weekend trips to antique markets, estate sales, and artisan studios, searching for items that spoke to us. We were drawn to the patina of old wood, the imperfections of handmade pottery, and the rich textures of vintage textiles. Each item carried its own history, whispering tales of the hands that had crafted and cherished it before us.

As we filled our home with these treasures, we realized that we weren’t just decorating—we were curating a narrative, a living history that reflected who we were. Friends and family would visit and marvel at the warmth and character of our space, often asking where they could find similar pieces. It was in those moments that the seed for Foxtrot Home was planted.

We wanted to bring that same sense of connection, artistry, and authenticity to others. We envisioned a space where people could discover objects that weren’t just functional but infused with soul. From handwoven textiles that tell the story of generations of artisans to paintings that capture the essence of a time gone by, every item at Foxtrot Home is chosen with intention.

Foxtrot Home is more than a store; it’s a reflection of our belief that a home should be an extension of the people who inhabit it—a space filled with pieces that evoke memories, spark conversations, and create a sense of belonging. It’s about honoring the past while making room for new stories to be written.

Kristin and Chris built Foxtrot Home on the idea that history and design should coexist in harmony, where every piece has a purpose and every home has a story worth telling. Today, we continue that journey, inviting others to discover, appreciate, and fall in love with the art of living beautifully.
